Year 10 Enterprise Students Serve Up a Café Experience

This term, our Year 10 Enterprise students provided staff and students with a special CCPS café experience as part of their studies. Focusing on customer service and operations, the students demonstrated their skills by creating café menus, taking orders, and hosting a morning tea for senior school students and staff.

To enhance their practical knowledge, many students will be completing a Barista course next week, complementing their theoretical studies. The café customers were asked to provide feedback on their experience, which will be invaluable for the students’ learning.

If the café is deemed successful, next term the focus will shift to finance and marketing, further developing the students’ business understanding. We look forward to seeing the innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit our Year 10 students will bring to this project.
