K-2 Athletics Carnival 2024

Congratulations to all of the young athletes who competed in the K-2 athletics carnival on Thursday 6 June. A huge thank you to all of the parents, carers and family members who came along to cheer and support the students.

The event started with 60m sprints for boys and girls in each age group and relay races. Congratulations to all place getters and well done to students for putting in their best efforts.

Students then took to the field for a rotation of fun games and activities! This included; Skipping, egg and spoon races, sack races, rocket throwing competitions, ball games and an obstacle course.

The K-Year 2 athletics carnival is all about giving it a go and having fun. We are super proud of each student. Thank you to our year 6 and senior student helpers for assisting with activities and thank you to Mrs K, Mrs Norris and our Junior school staff for organising and running an awesome afternoon of sports, community and fun!
