About the role
This full-time position with Caloundra City Private School in Caloundra, QLD offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing and communications professional to lead the school’s digital marketing and communications strategies. As the Manager of Brand, Digital Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for driving the school’s online presence, engaging with prospective and current families, and elevating the school’s brand through impactful digital channels.

What you’ll be doing

•  Brand Development and Culture :Shape and enhance the CCPS brand to reflect its values, mission, and vision, fostering a cohesive and vibrant community culture.
• Digital Engagement Strategy: Deliver high-level engagement strategies across digital platforms to promote the school’s unique offerings and ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Content Creation and Campaign Management: Write, collate, and develop compelling campaigns that capture the essence of CCPS, humanise its story, and inspire engagement from prospective and current families.
• Community Connection: Build strong relationships with the parent community and create engagement strategies to welcome and integrate new families and staff into the CCPS culture.
• Performance Analytics: Use data-driven insights and intuition to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, optimising for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in brand, digital marketing and communications, ideally in an education or service-based industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to measure and optimise performance
• Familiarity with website content management systems and digital marketing tools
• Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative, adaptable working style
