Caloundra City School Ltd trading as Caloundra City Private School is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS No. 03241C) as a Registered Provider of courses to international students in Queensland. CCPS provides Prep to Year 12 courses to international students. CCPS must comply with the provisions of the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 (National Code 2007)
With reference to the ESOS Amendment Act, enacted on 3 March 2010, Caloundra City School Ltd trading as Caloundra City Private School engages in written agreements with education agents to represent it for the enrolment of International Students at the College. It is a Student visa condition that a student under the age of 18 years lives with:
- A parent or
- A person who has legal custody of them; or
- A relative aged at least 21, of good character and with permission to reside in Australia for the duration of the student’s visa or until the student turn 18, nominated by either the parent or person having custody of them.
