Our Athletics Carnival last Friday was held in weather that was windswept and bleak, at least by Sunshine Coast standards. Our students contributed admirably, and whilst many competed with their friends rather than against their friends, there was pleasing participation, and admiration for our star athletes’ endeavours. The wet weather meant that high jump was curtailed due to slipperiness and it is to be held this sunny week at school. The House competition winners, Age Champions, and record breakers will be known later this week, and presentations will be made at our School Assembly next Tuesday.
