I repeat from last week’s Newsletter, Independent Schools Queensland and CCPS are seeking to find out what’s important to Caloundra City Private School parents. From the survey conducted in 2016, it was identified that a multi-purpose hall was a high priority. Two years later, our students and community are directly enjoying and benefitting from this work that perhaps began with the parent survey. For our students the results from the testing activities are very valuable for Teachers in being able to focus on individuals’ strengths and areas for further development. This program is about learning, and helping children to maximise their Learning Gains as they work through our schooling years, with this assessment for all of our children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9.
