Term 3 concludes and we reflect on the importance of such events as our magnificent production of Aladdin. The Musical was so beautifully crafted and managed by our talented staff and parents; our generous and innovative Stage Crew; and our wonderful stars, and enthusiastic Players, including the brilliant Musicians. It was a show that was always going to dominate Term 3. Our P&F crafted Saturday’s Comedy Night that was another significant social occasion for our community. Perhaps comedians are always going to be extreme, for humour, and it’s fair to say that the comedy was edgy. But it was a very happy event, with fun and goodwill. I am very grateful to our P&F for their management of this terrific gathering. Year 12 completed their QCS Test last week, and I was very pleased for them that they were able to work diligently in this very challenging examination. We are proud of their efforts. Year 12 students are finalising their QTAC (Tertiary Admissions) course choices, with Mr Pederson’s assistance.
