In recent weeks and months there has been a campaign in the media that attempts to indicate that Australian Independent Schools are given money that should be allocated to needy Government (State) Schools in the Private/Public Education debate. When Australian students’ OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) tested academic results in PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment)  international schooling system rankings reportedly show a decline in Australian students’ results, Australian Class warfare’s ‘stolen’ funding for Public Schools is apparently one of the primary causes. The direct implication is that the Federal Liberal Government is giving money to wealthy people (schools) at the expense of equitable Public Schooling. There are so many fallacies in all of these assertions.
