VACATION CARE PROGRAM
Outside School Hours Care
Caloundra City Private School offers a licensed OHSC service that provides High Quality Care for school aged children. The OSHC service is licensed by the Office for Early Education and Care, which allows up to 40 children to utilise our service daily and has been accredited by the National Childcare Accreditaion Council (NCAC).
At the service we offer a welcoming and stimulating age appropriate environment that caters for all children's individual interests and needs. Children are offered the opportunity to participate in many varied activities and actively promote the building of positive relationships with both the carers and the children's peers.
After School Care
After School Care is provided from 3 to 6pm Monday to Friday. Term time only. Public Holidays excluded.
The fun filled program offers opportunities for students to engage in both semi structured activites and also free choice activities. The children are strongly encouraged to be involved in the planning and managing of these activities. Students are also encouraged and offered opportunities to take on responsibilities and leadership within the program. After School Care is a wonderful time for children to interact and socialise with students of various ages.
After School Care costs $17 per afternoon sessionand includes a nutritious afternoon tea. Child Care Benefit and the Childcare Rebate are also available.

Vacation Care
The Vacation program opertates during school holidays from 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Vacation Care is also available on Pupil Free Days. Excludes Public Holidays and Christmas period.
The program offers a variety of interesting activities for the students to participate in, materials to engage with and projects to be a part of. There is opportunity for children to start a new hobby, learn a new sport, pursue current interests and share their skills and knowledge with others. Vacation Care also include exciting excursions and incursions. These have in the past included; Aussie World, Maleny Dairy farm, Suncity Bowling, Caloundra Cinemas, The Rollerdrome, The Queensland Air Museum, Drama Dragons and Ocean Life Education.
Vacation Care costs from $38 per day and includes both a nutritious morning and afternoon tea. Extra charges apply for excursions, incursions and special activities. Child Care Benefit and Childcare Rebate are also available.
Before School Care
Before School Care is currently offered at our Pelican's Nest Early Learning Centre. This service runs from 6.30am - 8.30am
Before School Care costs $10 per morning session. Child Care Benefit and the Childcare Rebate are also available.
