Parents & Friends Committee 2011
The P&F Executive Committee is made up from Parents from Caloundra City Private School.
Our P&F Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7pm in our Dame Elisabeth Murdoch Library. All parents are welcome to attend.

Here at CCPS we pride ourselves on being a school with a great community atmosphere. Throughout the year we will hold different events that are either for fundraising or social which we hope the school community will become involved in. All monies raised through fundraising events go back into providing for our children. The most recent fundraising efforts went towards the new sports shed. The shed was built with a team of parents doing the labour for free and the P & F association paid for materials. Other contributions have been the girls netball uniforms, athletics mats etc.
The first event on our Calendar was our Welcome Back Disco which was a great success with many positive comments throughout the night. A very big thank you to all those parents and students who helped on the night. These nights wouldn’t happen if we didn’t have such fantastic support, so thank you to all. You will find some great photos of the night posted on the school website shortly.
Throughout the year we have a few other exciting things taking place, from our traditional Mothers & Fathers Day Stalls, a Pie Drive in winter, Halloween Disco on October 28th through to a Trivia Night, which at this stage will be in Term 3, Carols by Candelight in the first week of December. We also have a family photos on the agenda, the details will be advised shortly. As all the events come along, we will notify you through the Newsletter.
If you are a new or existing member of our school community, and feel you would like to be a part of the P & F Association please come to our meetings which are held monthly.
